Maoshan Qingfeng is also a type of flat-shaped fried green tea. It is made from one bud and one fresh leaf picked before the Grain Rain. Maoshan Qingfeng tea is flat and straight in shape and green in color; after brewing, the soup color is clear, the taste is fresh, and the bottom of the leaves is green and bright.
